MikeMirzayanov in the message it states that my solution is conicide with my solution then how it is cheating or if it coincides with other solution then can you please mention them?

There might be a possibility that you write so many commented lines just because each solution doesn't get caught up in plagiarism. You might have copied someone else's code and skipped from plagiarism. Remove all unnecessary stuff and then participate, because it's hard to check whether the same code with and without comments has been copied with each other or not. Save your code locally/on GitHub and use it when required. I think it's correct to remove all of those who wrote a lot of code that does nothing in order to escape from plagiarism.
Also, I have checked your past submissions, do you require different commented codes in each month?
