Contest rules link broken :(

Hi,
ok so they may have moved the contest rule page somewhere else but when i registered for Round #329 in the registration page the first part states that you must read the contest rules in this link:
http://codeforces.com/blog/entry/456 and http://codeforces.com/blog/entry/4088
but it seems to be broken.
