A question about Div. 2 participation

The rating change rolled back just now, if a CM rolled back to Expert, and he/she participates Div. 2, will he/she become unrated, or he/she will be forced to participate Div. 1?

I've found the answer to the question, the participation will be denied although it looks successful.
