Rating Distribution / Reset

I saw a blog from 3-4 years ago showing rating distribution then, but is there any way to see the current distribution?

Also will there ever be a reset (like Codechef did a while ago) from rating inflation (if any, I can't tell)?

It's very interesting, nearly half of all user are gray
