Most of the codeforces/topcoder contest times are too early for me on the West coast of the US, because I have to go to school. Is there any websites that are like codeforces(ie such as Topcoder, but geared more towards American times) that hosts contests in times that are more comfortable for USA times?

I dare say Russia allows the widest specter of timezones (I believe about 10 hours wide) — so migration to this country should be thoroughly considered! Especially if you have a helicopter to move swiftly to timezone most suitable for upcoming contest. :)

I dare say Antarctica allows even wider specter of timezones. And you don't even need a helicopter.
