Since now I know that cp T-shirts exist, I got courious about the distribution of t-shirts per contestant.

How many cp t-shirts do you have? who has the more t-shirts?

I heard that some people keep an influx of t-shirts in such a way that they don't have to wash them!

If Petr competed during 15 years, getting 6 t-shirts per year, I guess that he has about 90 t-shirts!

There are a few stages of ACM-ICPC and a few onsite Polish contests a year. There are also some hackathons or other small events with t-shirts. If you also attend camps and participate in online contests (e.g. with t-shirts for top 30), you can get up to 20-25 t-shirts a year. I throw away some t-shirts every few months because I don't need so many and I don't like some — bad design or just huge logos of company/ies (I'm not a walking advertisement). Well, by "throwing away" I mean putting them in some special boxes for charity. There are a lot of those in Warsaw.

If I didn't throw away anything, I think I would own 100-200 by now. That includes math competitions in high school.

It's sad that I have 0 T-shirt.

I think I'm not suitable for a grand contest.

I was hoping to get one from Hackerearth Circuits. They give T-shirts to top 5. But this month top 10 was so scary that (lots of Grandmasters) I don't care about T-shirts anymore, I just wanna able to solve 3 problems here xD.

If you wanna check your T-shirt chance here is the last leaderboard: september circuits

6 t-shirts per year sounds quite a small number. If you take part in ACM/ICPC, you may gain one T-shirt at every regional contest, and one more for the World Finals. IOI gives every contestants 2 t-shirts, and I also got 2 more from Vietnamese Ministry of Education & Training. Also, if you really want free T-shirts, you may consider having an internship at Facebook. I got 10 T-shirts in 3 months, some of my fellow got even 20 per internships... I am not quite sure how many T-shirts I should have owned by now, but lots of them did not arrive to my house. I only keep 7 "active" T-shirts so that I can show different style everyday. The rest are kept in some hidden place in my house.

It's interesting that you mentioned Petr, because I remember reading this blog post where he literally said he has a blanket made of past contests' t-shirts :)

I want to share a picture of a New Year's gift from my dear wife Irina: it's a bed cover made from old T-shirts, mostly from programming contests

I'm wondering if he was happy when he saw that his wife cutted all of his cp t-shirts! :)

I'm somehow sorry that I have 182 t-shirts (not including hoodies, prizes for participation) and have right to receive 20 more t-shirts from leetcode. Most of them came from HackerRank and CodeChef. I'm grateful for them.

I wear them to work everyday, or give them to my family. Sadly(?) I have no wife who makes bed cover by cutting t-shirts for me.

I guess there are many sites and contests which you can get t-shirts from.
