I support this, one time when I was trying to go Competitive Programming Book's Methodstosolve, my university's IT flagged it and reported me... (I had to connect to a hotspot to get the hint for the problem, then they unblocked it like a week later.)

yea but eventually one must code it out to get AC, when we say Algorithm, it might be possible someone is able to write the algo on paper but can't code it out
