Hi Colleagues! I need to have about 20 programming exercises (i.e. their statements) translated from English to Chinese, German, French. (this is for CodeAbbey site)

They are on average 100-250 words each (somewhat similar). I can offer small reward — about $25 per 10 translations — about 2 hours work for native speaker. Texts are in Markdown format. Few more technical details could be found here along with texts translated so far (but in different languages). Feel free to contact me with any questions / suggestions.

Did you consider using Amazon Mechanical Turk? It works really well for such tasks.

Not exactly it, but you are right, I was thinking about posting the task at some freelancer site.

However I was advised at translators forum that as I will not be able to properly check the results of translations personally it makes more sense to try search for help in the programming communities with which I am at least acquainted. The two communities with which I am somewhat acquainted are Codeforces and my own site (where I've found people to help with Spanish and Romanian).

Do you need translations for Traditional Chinese or Simplified Chinese?
They are not exactly identical (not only in terms of characters, but also choice of words).

I am more than willing to help in my spare time.
Nonetheless, I'm not very familiar with Simplified Chinese.

Hi! I meant the language of mainland China, which I believe is Simplified Chinese — yes? Still if you will decide to translate into it, your help will be readily accepted. It is OK if translation will not be perfect, as long as it may help people who do not know English well. Moreover that it would be easy to improve it later on users' requests.
